Pre-Treatment & Gas Upgrading
Raw biogas contains impurities that must be removed before utilization. Our pre-treatment systems eliminate moisture, hydrogen sulfide, and particulates. Gas upgrading technology then separates methane from carbon dioxide, producing pipeline-quality biomethane with 95%+ purity suitable for compression or liquefaction processes.
Compression & Liquefaction Systems
Multi-stage compression systems convert upgraded biogas into Bio-CNG at 200-250 bar pressure for vehicle fueling or industrial use. Liquefaction units produce Bio-LNG at cryogenic temperatures (-162°C) for higher energy density storage and transportation. Both technologies include polishing systems ensuring gas quality meets stringent specifications.
